The complexities created in the world and in the South African context requires a new way of delivering relevant quality services by both individuals and organisations. These challenges have been exacerbated by the COVID 19 pandemic. The need to address the huge chasm of inequality become very stark during the past year especially in the schooling sector. The challenges of this disruption, however, also carries the seeds for a promising change. It has shown that innovation and technology adoption is possible even in challenging contexts.
LRS Academy is an organisation established by two women passionate about providing all people or organisations with the most innovative solutions. All support will embrace blended, virtual, formal and informal experiences that will be both visually and realistically engaging. Solutions will be contextual and innovative on the road towards the new and changing world. It supports a purpose driven approach that has a direct positive and measurable effect on the school/ organisation and the person. This approach will also ensure that the investment in the development of people will directly impact on service delivery in the workplace. LRS Academy aims to provide integrated learning solutions to a wide network of sectors in a sustainable manner.
